De-stress Express

At UCSD’s Geisel Library, students frequently experience high levels of stress, especially during finals week. Observations revealed that students spend long hours studying and face constant tests, exacerbating their stress levels. The intense academic environment leads to an increased need for accessible, immediate de-stress solutions that can be integrated seamlessly into their study spaces.
